- Conducted the pilot project of the Hope-Plus Saving Account scheme with 100 households.
- Launched the Korea Welfare Decentralization Council (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan, and Chungnam).
- Ran the training program for 5,000 social welfare facility workers in Seoul City.

- Executed a management consulting project for social welfare facilities for the first time in the country.
