It was launched in the name of the ‘Seoul Welfare Legal Support Group’ on July 30, 2012, with the aim of supporting the low-income, socially disadvantaged to exercise various welfare rights while providing one-stop legal services including information on welfare laws. Expanding its function, it was re-established as the ‘Seoul Social Welfare Public Law Center’ on April 28, 2014. We will do our utmost to make Seoul a hopeful place where all citizens can live happily enjoying their welfare rights, away from social risks, and run various services on welfare legal counseling and consultation, welfare law education, visiting public law centers, social safety public lawsuit development and promotion, and improvement of laws and systems.
